As a bird lover, I spend a lot of time observing birds, and I like to imagine they may be just as curious about us. Perhaps they’ve been studying human behavior all along. This idea inspired me to turn the tables on traditional birdwatching, giving this wide-eyed character a pair of binoculars and a field guide of its own. That playful role reversal became the inspiration for “People Watching 101.”
